Goleega Property Owners Association, Inc. ("POA") was established in 2005 to promote and protect the interests of Goleega Subdivision property owners ("members"). The POA declared its Covenants, Conditions and Limitations ("Bylaws") in 2011, and there have been two restatements and three amendments to the Bylaws since (linked below). The Bylaws provide for POA officers and for a Board of Directors to control and administer the affairs of the POA. The Chair of the Board of Directors also serves as president and CEO of the POA. Current POA dues are $250 per lot per year payable in January.
